The Estate
For 50 years, we have been crafting elegant and authentic wines that capture the essence and complexity of the Bandol terroir.
A family story
Where tradition and innovation unite to elevate an exceptional terroir
It all began with a modest harvest of 12 hectoliters of rosé in 1972, marking the start of a passionate winemaking journey. Since then, through the dedication and hard work of the Pascal Achille family, the estate has grown, evolved, and matured. The first bottle of Bandol Rouge was produced in 1973.In 1974, Achille and Liliane Pascal acquired the house and land that would become the heart of their winery. Construction of the cellar began in 1978, just across from their home. In 1993 and 1996, their children Jérôme and Céline joined the adventure, and in 2000, the winery was expanded.
Today, Céline and Jérôme proudly carry on the family legacy, blending tradition with modernity. Their wines are now sold in over 10 countries across Europe and beyond. Their vision is future-oriented, while remaining deeply rooted in the character of their land.
The original buildings of the winery, carefully restored, preserve the soul of the past while adapting to today’s demands. Every stone and every beam tells the story of time and honors time-honored gestures. It is this subtle alchemy that gives the estate its authenticity and timeless charm—a reflection of heritage, craftsmanship, and shared passion.

A unique terroir
Where soil, climate and history come together to shape the soul of our wines
The vineyard stretches across several communes within the Bandol appellation: La Cadière, Le Castellet, Le Beausset, and even Bandol itself, where we’ve managed to preserve a few hectares from coastal urbanization. This mosaic of plots offers incredible richness—each parcel contributes its own identity, enhancing the complexity and authenticity of the wines born from this land. The soils—composed of red clay and fossil-rich limestone—combined with the generous Provençal sunshine, create an ideal environment for Bandol’s emblematic varietals: Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Cinsault. The restanques, dry-stone terraces carved into the landscape, are a testament to the strength and beauty of this terroir, producing wines of remarkable finesse and intensity.
These parcels, shaped by centuries of labor and history, reflect a perfect harmony between man and nature.

Beyond our local commitment, our wines now shine well beyond the borders of Provence. From Bandol to the international stage, they captivate wine lovers and connoisseurs with their consistent quality and faithful expression of the terroir—a true reflection of our passion and respect for nature.
