Long-Aging Cuvée - Bandol AOP

WINEMAKING METHOD

  • 80% destemmed and crushed harvest
  • 20-day maceration in temperature-controlled vats with two pump-overs per day
  • Aged for 22 months in large oak foudres

  • Manual harvesting
  • Made from the oldest Mourvèdre vines on the estate
  • Low yields (under 30 HL/ha)
  • Minimum 50% Mourvèdre
  • Minimum 18 months of oak aging
